Our Customer Charter

Every McCulloch home benefits from an industry-backed 10-year insurance policy provided by Premier Guarantee and an initial 1 year period from purchase covered by the McCulloch customer charter, this means our customer care team is on-hand to address any issues.

McCulloch Homes has a proud history of designing and building attractive new homes. We continuously aim to provide excellent levels of customer service to our purchasers. We aim to be with you throughout your journey, from your first enquiry through to completion and beyond.

We take care to adhere to the Consumer Code for Home Builders which ensures that all customers are treated fairly and are provided with the information they need. In addition, we make the following commitments to our customers by way of our Customer Charter:

  • Our marketing and advertising will be clear and helpful and we will use fair and transparent terms in the conditions of our sale contract.
  • Our staff will be fully trained, friendly and knowledgeable about our homes, our development sites and the local area so that they can pass this knowledge onto you.
  • We will ensure that the information you will require to make an informed decision about purchasing one of our new homes is provided to you.
  • We will fully explain your cancellation rights.
  • We will keep you informed every step of the way throughout the buying process.
  • When visiting the site we will ensure that the health and safety procedures in place have been explained to you.
  • We will invite you to a home demonstration prior to completion of contracts to fully explain how your new home and appliances work and thoroughly demonstrate these.
  • We will hand over a professionally cleaned home along with a comprehensive handover pack containing all your appliance manuals and warranty information.
  • We will clearly inform you of our after sales procedures and our written complaints procedure.
  • We will listen carefully to your feedback and take action wherever appropriate.
